Semi rolled on Northbound I-5 under Hwy 20 overpass - blocking both lanes

I was headed to work this morning and got caught in traffic between Highway 34 exit and the Highway 20 exit because of a Semi that was rolled on I-5 right under the Highway 20 Overpass. It was blocking both lanes of traffic.
