My name is Gail Parker. My grandson Awnie was kicked in the head by a horse when he was 2 yrs old. I took care of him and loved him. I wanted to write and did write a book about his life and the struggles and fears that we went thru as a family. I am using some of the proceeds to help Legacy Emanuel Childrens Hospital and the U of Texas Childrens Medical Center of Dallas. I am in the process of setting up a group to help parents who have children with Tramatic Brain Injuries. I am a local author and live in Fairview,Or.
