Injured Sea Lion in Newport needs HELP!!

Injured sea lion in Newport, Or looks to be left for dead. Possibly cause in a gill net, it has a huge wound around its neck that doesn't seem to have been treated and possibly infected. This animal didn't move at all when other sea lions jumped on it or even make an attempt to keep them from invading its space. It seems very sick and since we seem to rehabilitate all other species of animals, we should this species too!!
