James Rainford was arrested July 4, 2011, outside of Paris Hilton's Malibu home. Rainford violated a restraining order that bars him from being within 200 yards of Paris Hilton and her home. Rainford was caught trespassing at Hilton's Hollywood Hills home last October and then assaulted the socialite's now ex-boyfriend Cy Waits outside court in April. He is being held on $20,000 bail.
