French Prairie Garden’s 2008 Fall Harvest Festival
September 27th – October 31st
Celebrate the Fall season with your family with a visit to French Prairie Gardens.
The main attraction of their Fall Harvest Festival features old fashioned farm fun, when Farmer John and Farmer Eric host the Pigtucky Derby*, where their trained pigs race around the track, bringing laughs to both kids and adults.
Other popular attractions at the Farm this time of the year include:
Pick-Your-Own Pumpkin Patch
Hayrides*
Hay Maze
Two Acre Corn Maze
Obstacle Course
Apple Sling Shot
Toddler Hay Maze
Kids Corral
Pig Barrel Train Rides*
Two 20-Foot Hay Slides
*Pig Races, Hayrides, & Pig Barrel Train Rides are only available on weekends.
Also, check out French Prairie Gardens’ bunnies, sheep, chickens, their 1600-pound steer, Big Babe, and Dolly the Llama.
While you’re at the Farm make sure to enjoy the sausage dogs, ice cream, fruit milkshakes, fruit smoothes, hot apple cider, corn on the cob, caramel apples, fresh baked cookies, fresh baked pie and other treats from their bakery.
Admission to the Harvest Festival:
$7.00 per person (adults & children) – Tuesday thru Friday
$8.00 per person (adults & children) – Saturday & Sunday
$5.00 per dog
$30.00 Family Pass (4 adults or children) - Weekends Only
