County Fair promises “Hot Fun in the Summertime”

The 102nd edition of the Clackamas County Fair & Rodeo is underway this week at the County Fairgrounds in Canby.

The Fair runs Tuesday through Thursday, August 12th - 14th, from 10:00am to 10:00pm. On Friday and Saturday, August 15th & 16th, hours are 10:00am to 11:00pm. And this year's Fair wraps up on Sunday, August 17th from 10:00am to 8:00pm.

Rodeo performances are scheduled every night between Tuesday and Saturday at 7:30pm. A Demolition Derby and Freestyle Motorcross Stunt Show are scheduled for Sunday at 2:00pm.

Other attractions at the Fair include Pioneer Village's 25th Anniversary, a Guitar Hero Competition, the Clackamas Wine Country, and a new Living Green exhibit to go along with the always-popular Funtastic Carnival rides.

Daily admission is $7 for adults, $4 for kids ages 8-15, and $4 for Senior Citizens between 65-74 years of age. Children ages 7 & under and Seniors 75 years of age & older are admitted for free. Admission to the Rodeo performances costs extra.
