Skagit collapse brings attention back to CRC

The I-5 bridge spanning the Skagit river that collapsed Thursday and the CRC from Portland to Vancouver share many similarities. The fact that the Skagit bridge fell brings up questions about whether we should push to fund a replacement for the CRC.
