In Flashback Monday, voters chose our 1996 report on actor Richard Dreyfuss' visit to Portland to discuss the importance of school funding for Portland schools.. Dreyfuss' hit movie "Mr. Holland's Opus" was inspired by the funding crisis in Portland.
