Family heartbroken after puppy stolen from humane society

On Saturday afternoon, a Portland area family was all set to adopt their new puppy. They had an adorable Pomeranian and Chihuahua mix picked out and ready to take home from the Oregon Humane Society, but a thief nabbed the dog while staff was away.
