WEST LINN, Ore. -- West Linn police were searching the Robinwood neighborhood for a man who fled from the scene of a reported burglary Saturday morning.
Officers responding to the burglary in progress call stopped a vehicle leaving the scene just after 9:30 a.m, according to Sgt. Neal Hennelly of the West Linn Police Department.
The driver, identified as 36-year-old Ronald Lee Hassler, fled from the car and was last seen running westbound near Highway 43 and Mary S. Young Park, Hennelly said.
Hassler (pictured) was described as white, 6 feet tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. He was wearing orange clothes.
Anyone who sees Hassler was warned not to contact him, but to call 911 immediately.
