VANCOUVER -- A home in the Felida area of Clark County was raided Sunday by police who found marijuana plants.

The home at 12103 NW 41st Ave is in a neighborhood of large homes, said Sgt. Pat Moore of the Clark-Skamania Drug Task Force.

Moore said nearly 300 plants were found in the home set up to grow as many as 1,500 plants. He said it appeared the plants had been growing since last summer.

The renters were spending $2,200 a month, he said. One unidentified suspect was arrested.
