PORTLAND -- A woman wants a man who struck her car from behind, then pedaled away, to come forward and pay to fix the damage.
Elisabeth Bowers was at NE 21st and Multnomah earlier this month when the cyclist struck her from behind. He admitted he was at fault, then left.
The impact made a dent in the back of the car and broke the brake light housing.
Bowers also cycles and said it's important for motorists and bicyclists to drive defensively.
