LUCIA FALLS, Wash. – A teen was rescued Sunday from the top of a waterfall along the East Fork Lewis River, Clark County officials said.

The 14-year-old was stuck on a cliff at Lucia Falls just after 1 p.m.

A Clark County rescue team climbed the falls and used a ladder to get to the teen. They got him off of the rocks and back to shore without any injuries.
