PORTLAND -- A small sailboat flipped in the Willamette River Monday afternoon and the river patrol quickly responded to help out.
The boat flipped near the docking spot for the Spirit of Portland, adjacent to the Salmon Springs Fountain.
Two women were on the boat when it flipped and tried to right it themselves, but struggled. Then the river patrol boat arrived and firefighters helped pull the boat upright and warm up the sailors.
No one was hurt.
