PORTLAND – People in Oregon are mourning the death of a woman found murdered in North Carolina.
Daphne Forster grew up in Albany, Ore. and went to college in Portland before recently moving to Raleigh, North Carolina.
Police have arrested two men in connection with her death.
Her father said he plans to bring her home to Albany for a memorial service.
