MOLALLA - Neighbors in Clackamas County were sandbagging as the Molalla River approached flood stages.
Milk and Bear creeks were also overflowing their banks.
A closure of Highway 213 between Marquam and Molalla in Clackamas County was estimated to last several days after erosion undermined the road around a drainage area.
Engineers were determining the repairs, which could also take several days or longer, officials said. A detour was set up at Kropf and Monte Cristo Roads and traffic delays were expected in the area.
