Very Cold Weather To Continue Through tonight.
East winds eased a bit, allowing colder temperatures overnight, about 10 degrees colder most outlying areas. Most of the metro made it to the teens, some outlying areas into single digits.
Sunny skies with high clouds today and highs will warm to near freezing.
The weather pattern will slowly warm to start the week. Cloudy skies Tuesday may produce a few flurries early Tuesday morning.. We are closely watching Wednesday for the potential of a period of wintry precipitation before all changes to rain as a Thursday front arrives.
