PORTLAND -- A decades-old holiday tradition continues to sparkle along Southeast Portland's Peacock Lane, which is gloriously dressed in Christmas lights.
The display is between Stark and Belmont Streets, just east of Chavez Boulevard. It runs through Dec. 31 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., and midnight on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
On any night, the best way to enjoy the lights is on foot. Street parking on adjacent neighborhood streets is first-come, first-served.
Do not park at the Walgreen's lot at 39th and Stark.
