PORTLAND -- Beau Breedlove, the man at the center of last year's sex scandal involving Portland Mayor Sam Adams, said he's working on writing a memoire.
Breedlove said he signed a deal with a Chicago agency and has started drafting a book proposal.
Before Adams was elected mayor, and when Breedlove worked as a legislative intern, the pair had an intimate relationship. Breedlove said Adams kissed him twice when he was 17-years old and then the two had sexual relationship after he turned 18. But Adams, who admitted he had lied about the relationship while he was running for office, said he didn't have any romantic involvement with Breedlove until after Beau turned 18.
Some pressured Adams to resign after he confessed to the earlier lies about his relationship with Breedlove. But he refused.
