AUMSVILLE, Ore. -- A church janitor who also served as a youth leader in Aumsville is accused of setting up a camera in the stall of a women's restroom to film people undressing - including children.

Christopher Fowler now faces 15 counts of encouraging child sex abuse. and invasion of personal privacy.

Police said Fowler installed the camera in a restroom stall at the Bethel Baptist Church. It was stashed among some decorations.

"Obviously it leaves everybody in shock and stuff. Mr. Fowler grew up in the church, and grew up well-respected. So it took everybody by surprise," one church member told KGW.

Investigators have searched five of Fowler's seven hard drives and said there is a great deal of evidence to comb through.

They believe there also may be additional victims who have not yet come forward.
