Oregon gas prices jump up 8 cents

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- The average price of a gallon of unleaded gasoline in Oregon jumped 8 cents in the past week to $2.51. More: Gas watch
The AAA of Oregon says the national average is $2.43, up 11 cents from last week.

The Eugene-Springfield area has the highest average price in the state at $2.52.
