City providing sandbags for flooding

To prevent flooding damage for homeowners, the City of Portland made sandbags available at Gabriel Park on SE 45th and Vermont, Lents Park on SE 92nd and Holgate, SE 108th and Foster and SE 112th and Harold.
People were also asked to try and keep storm drains clear of debris.
In Washington County, Self-serve sandbagging stations are located below. Please call ahead to confirm hours of operation. The sand is for flooding prevention use only. Bring your own shovel and bags.
