The red-tailed hawks nesting on the KGW Audubon Raptor Cam have placed a plastic shopping bag in the nest, causing concern among some webcam watchers.
While the Audubon Society isn't terribly concerned about the bag, Oregon State Senator Mark Haas says he'll try to ban plastic bags again during the 2011 legislature.
