Gen. Stanley McChrystal is out. Gen. David Petraeus is in. Or he will be if Congress confirms his appointment as war commander in Afghanistan. President Barack Obama called it a change in personnel, not policy. McChrystal was sacked for disparaging comments he made about administration officials in an interview. Given what McChrystal said, would you sack him too?
