Joe Smith drops in on a cheesemaking class led by Urban Cheesecraft.
It's part of the massive Urban Growth Bounty program run by the City of Portland. Classes offered this year include chicken-keeping, beekeeping, and lots of organic fruit & vegetable gardening.
