In The Hot Story, Mark Hanrahan reports on how prosecutors are trying to figure out what to do about two boys involved in an attempted carjacking at gunpoint. The boys are just seven and 11 years old. The victim told police that one boy threatened to "blow her head off." when she was confronted by the pair in a Southeast Portland parking lot.
