VANCOUVER- A 24-year-old Vancouver motorcyclist was arrested for DUI Wednesday after crashing his bike near the Interstate Bridge.

WashingtonState troopers said Clifton Weese was riding northbound on I-5 when he lost control and hit a concrete barrier.

Weese was knocked unconscious and taken to Legacy Emanuel Hospital in Portland with multiple injuries.

WSP said he admitted having multiple drinks before officers arrested him for DUI.

Weese suffered a broken leg, several fractures to his ribs and arm and kidney damage. He was wearing a helmet at the time.
