COOS BAY, Ore. (AP) -- Police arrested a woman accused of refusing to leave a Coos Bay home and then offering sexual favors to sheriff's deputies in exchange for her release from custody.

The Coos County Sheriff's Office says 50-year-old Janet LaGasse was arrested Tuesday night after deputies were called to a home by a 52-year-old man who said LaGasse became argumentative while refusing to leave his home.

Deputies later found LaGasse at a chicken coop after hearing her screaming vulgarities.

The sheriff's office says she was taken into custody on a disorderly conduct charge, but ended up being charged with bribe giving after she offered sexual favors to three deputies in exchange for her release.

LaGasse was released Wednesday from the Coos County Jail on her own recognizance, an official from the jail said.
