LINCOLN CITY, Ore. Troopers arrested a 58-year-old Depoe Bay woman Friday for an Aug. 4 deadly crash on Highway 101 north of Lincoln City.
Patty Weissenfluh was arrested at her home and charged with manslaughter, assault, DUII, reckless endangering, reckless driving and criminal mischief, according to Oregon State Police.
Two people were killed in the crash when Weissenfluh crossed the center line on a curve on Highway 101 and collided head-on with an oncoming Kia Soul.
The driver of the Kia, 71-year-old Donna Ball of Salem, was flown to the hospital where she died. Her passenger, 74-year-old William Lee Ball was seriously injured.
Weissenfluh s passenger, 89-year-old Mildred Kauffman of Lincoln City, died from serious injuries a few days after the crash.

Weissenfluh was also flown to Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in Portland with critical injuries. She was booked in the Lincoln County Jail and bail was set at $500,000.
