NORTH PLAINS, Ore. -- A mom driving an SUV with her two kids in the car is accused of ramming a patrol car in North Plains and pinning a deputy last weekend.
Molly Noonan was a wanted fugitive. A deputy spotted her SUV in a driveway in North Plains on Saturday and questioned her. Then Noonan showed a fake ID and rammed the patrol car when she was confronted by the deputy, authorities said.
The deputy was pinned by the vehicle, but was not seriously hurt, authorities said. No one in Noonan s SUV was hurt, either.
Noonan was arrested on several charges, including assault and resisting arrest. She was scheduled to appear in court Monday.
