VANCOUVER -- Police are hoping the public can help them find a missing Vancouver woman who uses a walker and suffers from dementia.
Sandra Ruth King, 68, was last seen at her home in the 1000 block of W. 36th St. at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 27. She said she was going to walk to the Safeway grocery store, in the 3700 block of Main Street, but never returned home.
King is described as Caucasian, about 5-foot-3-inches tall, weighing around 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a dark blue jacket with red stripes that may resemble an American flag, black pants and white athletic shoes. She also uses a small metal wheeled walker with a shopping basket.
Investigators said King suffers from early stages of dementia and short term memory loss.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Sandra King is urged to call 911.
