PORTLAND The Portland Trail Blazers said they were determined to win their first home playoff game at the Moda Center Friday night against the Houston Rockets, with the full support of the city s Blazers fans behind them.

On Friday afternoon, coming off back-to-back wins in Houston, KGW talked with Blazers coach Terry Stotts, Damien Lillard and LaMarcus Aldridge about Game 3.

I think that we want to continue to do the things we ve been doing well, Stotts said. I think both teams need to be vigilant and respect what the other teams have done so far in these first two games.

Stotts thanked the fans for their support, and said they should keep on doing what they re doing.

I know it s going to be rocking! Stotts said.

Lillard said he and the rest of the players were excited to play Games 3 and 4 at home.

Playing in front of our home crowd will be really fun, he said. It s always a little more fun on your home floor when your crowd is behind you, but we ve just got to stay focused on what we need to do to win a game.

Aldridge, who is coming off incredible performances that lifted the Blazers to win games 1 and 2, echoed Lillard s excitement.

Blazers fans were snapping up tickets to the playoff games and showing their support on social media, wearing Blazers gear and tagging their selfies with the hashtag #PDXBestFans.
