PORTLAND -- Three of the four teens accused of kidnapping and torturing a teenage boy on Feb. 10 were formally charged with 20 counts Tuesday and held on nearly $3 million bail.

On Wednesday, the Multnomah County Juvenile Justice Center released booking photos of the three suspects in the attack after prosecutors said they would charge them as adults.

Jenna Montgomery, 15 (pictured left), Blue Christian Kalmbach, 15 (pictured center), and Jess Taylor, 17 (pictured right), were charged with 20 counts including assault, kidnapping, robbery and assault.

The fourth suspect, Shane Connell, is 14 and will be tried as a juvenile.

On Feb. 10, the 16-year-old victim met Montgomery near Southeast 122nd Avenue and Powell Boulevard. Montgomery then lured the victim to a nearby shed and once there, he was confronted by three other teens, the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office confirmed Friday.

When the victim arrived at the shed, he was allegedly hit over the head with a crowbar, shot with a BB gun, had a swastika symbol carved in his forehead and was forced to eat cat feces.

The captors then asked the victim for a skateboard and money. When the victim left to get the items he ran to an auto repair shop for help, according to the DA's office.

The four suspects were arrested at 3266 SE 111th Avenue. Taylor, Montgomery and Kalmbach were charged as adults for assault, kidnapping and robbery.

The three older teens will appear again in court Wednesday.
