PORTLAND -- The Portland City Council has delayed a decision on moving a homeless camp for up to 60 days.

They want to provide more time for talks among leaders of the Right 2 Dream Too camp and developers, businesses and residents who are resisting their move to the Pearl District.

Last month, Portland City Commissioner Amanda Fritz unveiled the plan to move the camp from Northwest Fourth Avenue and West Burnside Street to a Pearl District location under the Broadway Bridge.
