PORTLAND -- A crash involving a semi held Hood to Coast runners up for a short while Friday evening in Northwest Portland s industrial district.

A small amount of fuel spilled at the intersection of Highway 30 and Northwest Kittridge Avenue.

Runners were held up for around 15 minutes and westbound lanes were closed for a short while.

Organizers cautioned drivers to be extra careful overnight as runners made their way down long stretches of highway.
