CORBETT, Ore. -- Crews were called to rescue a horse from a pool in Corbett Monday morning, police said.

Police were called just after 10 a.m. to the animal rescue in the 1900 block of Southeast Henke Road, according to emergency dispatchers.

The horse was out of the pool within a half-hour. There was no word on whether the horse was injured.

Police were expected to release more details.
