PORTLAND -- Bring a rain gear and bundle-up for the Grand Floral Parade this Saturday.
The temperature at the 10 a.m. start of the parade will be about 56 degrees, predicted KGW meteorologist Nick Allard.
The high for the day will rise to 64, with showers likely.
Allard pointed out that since 1955, it has rained only 13 times during the actual parade. That doesn't account for the time waiting curbside. The most parade rain was .17 inches in 2007.
The coldest parade on record was a brisk 50 degrees in 1933.
