PORTLAND -- A Portland State University student said she was assaulted in broad daylight Monday and the school has issued a warning for students to be on the lookout for the suspect.

The woman said the suspect grabbed her and rubbed himself against her just before 1 p.m. outside the Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science, at 1930 SW 4th Avenue, according to campus police.

The man was described as white, in his late 20s, about six feet tall, with a stocky build and a beard. He was wearing a blue rain jacket, a green bandanna and a gray stocking cap with tassels.
