SEATTLE -- An Algona man pleaded guilty Monday to first-degree murder for stabbing his ex-girlfriend's 13-year-old brother to death last June in the south King County town of Pacific.

Prosecutors are asking for a 30-year sentence for 20-year-old Brandon Suhr when he is sentenced June 7 in King County Superior Court.

The Seattle Times reports Suhr broke into the home and killed Wally Denesha with a knife and samurai sword. The boy's body was found in a closet by his father.
