BEAVERTON A man was carjacked and two suspects were subsequently arrested early Friday morning in Beaverton, police said.

The carjacking happened shortly after midnight near 14305 SW Millikan Way. The 39-year-old victim told police that he was leaving work when a man confronted him with a gun, took his keys and drove off, said Mike Rowe of the Beaverton Police Department.

Twenty minutes later, Police spotted the victim s blue Lexus on Southwest Electric Street. When police approached, two men ran from the vehicle, Rowe said.

One man was taken into custody at the vehicle. The other man was found a short time later at an apartment on Southwest Electric Street and taken into custody, Rowe said.

The suspects were 18-year-old Omarcus Rhone-Fields-James (pictured) and a 17-year-old male whom police have not named.

The victim was not injured during the robbery.
