KGW Meteorologist Nick Allard said snow could fall in areas as low as 650 feet Wednesday, but no major accumulation was expected.

Temperatures should be moderating as the precipitation winds down, but in the mean time more snow and wet snow showers are very possible near Stayton, Lyons, Mill City and Scio, Allard said. The rest of us will see showers and eventually the chance for thunderstorms.
