PORTLAND -- Officers are looking for a suspect who stabbed a teen in the Lloyd Center Mall near Nordstrom Wednesday afternoon, police said.

Police found the victim around 4:30 p.m. and arriving paramedics treated him for injuries that did not appear to be life-threatening, according to Sgt. Pete Simpson with Portland police.

Authorities said the suspect was an African American man in his 20s, wearing a black jacket, red T-shirt, black pants and white shoes.

Witnesses told police there was a dispute leading up to the stabbing, which may be gang-related.
