PORTLAND -- Several people Monday morning reported seeing a man running around a Northeast Portland neighborhood without any pant on, police said

Officers were called at about 6:30 a.m. to Northeast Alameda Street and Alameda Terrace on multiple reports of a flasher, who might have been using his boxers to cover his face, said Portland police Sgt. Pete Simpson.

One woman also reported that the suspect was chasing her on Northeast 31st Avenue near Alberta Street, Simpson said.

Officers searched the area, but did not find the suspect.

Last week there were also several reports of a flasher in the area.

The suspect was described as a white man in his 20s or 30s, about 5-foot-8 and chubby, with dark hair. He was wearing a white T-shirt, white socks and white shoes.

He may have been associated with light-colored, large American sedan, Simpson said.

Anyone who sees him is asked to immediately call 911. Anyone with non-emergency information in these cases should 503-823-3333.
