PORTLAND -- A judge Friday upheld Kaine Horman's restraining order against his estranged wife Terri Moulton Horman, but her lawyers said they would fight it.

Kaine Horman's son Kyron disappeared more than three years ago from Skyline Elementary School and investigators said the boy's stepmother, Terri Horman, was the last person to see him alive.

Kaine filed a restraining order against Terri in July, 2010, which forced her to move out of their home. The restraining order was set to expire Monday.

Friday a judge extended the order and Terri Horman's attorneys said for the first time that they would file a motion to contest it.

No arrests have been made in the case, but Terri Horman has been a focus of the investigation.
