PORTLAND -- The Girl Scouts who were duped by someone who placed a fake order for thousands of boxes of cookies sold all of them and will get to go to camp.

For the second Saturday, supporters turned out to buy the leftover cookies. There have also been online orders pouring in from all over the country.

The scouts have been busy writing thank you notes. They say they were disappointed by the scam, but have also learned an important lesson.

If there's something bad happening it can still turn good no matter what you just have to work for it, said Maddy Harvin with troop 40104.

The Girl Scout leadership said it won't press charges against the person who ordered $24,000 dollars worth of cookies.
