Police surrounded officer Brown and mounted patrols moved in to protect him. He was loaded onto a stretcher and taken to a local hospital for treatment on non life-threatening injuries.

Protesters delivered the suspect to police by shoving him out of their crowd toward the line of officers. Cameron Scott Matta (pictured), 23, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, interfering with a police officer and harassment.
