PORTLAND -- Several people were standing outside, but nobody was hit during a drive-by shooting in North Portland Monday night, police said.

Officers were called to a shooting in the 200 block of North Lombard Street just after 7:30 p.m.

Arriving officers found that a home on the south side of the street was hit by bullets, but there were no gunshot victims, said Sgt. Pete Simpson of the Portland Police Bureau.

The gang enforcement team was investigating.
