PORTLAND -- Police arrested a man Sunday night after a report of a sexual assault inside a Southwest Portland Baskin Robbins.

Officers were dispatched just after 10 p.m. to 6371 SW Capitol Highway on the report of a sexual assault. The juvenile victim said the man came into the shop and grabbed her in a sexual manner while behaving lewdly, said Sgt. Pete Simpson.

Police searched the area and took the suspect, 44-year-old Themba Hassan Kelley, into custody. He is believed to be the only suspect in the case, Simpson said.

Kelley faces several charges, including first-degree sex abuse.

The arrest is not related to a series of recent flashing incidents in Tigard, Tualatin and Lake Oswego, he said. He did not release further information.
