PORTLAND Thousands of people in Portland lined the streets on both sides of the Willamette for Saturday s Grand Floral Parade.

Some waited more than a day by camping out overnight to save their spots.

On Friday night, those camped out were treated to Rose Festival fireworks that ended just before 10 p.m.
