PULLMAN, Wash. -- The two remaining suspects missing after an attack on a Washington State University professor have surrendered to police.

John Matt Cabanos-Soriano, 22, turned himself in at the Pullman Police Department around 2:20 a.m. Friday. Police immediately booked Cabanos-Soriano into jail for first-degree assault.

Robert D. Bean, 22, surrendered at the Whitman County Sheriff s Office in Colfax around 9:20 a.m.
Both suspects are now in Whitman County Jail.

Police say both Bean and Cabanos-Soriano agreed to meet with police Thursday night but never came.

The investigation into the attack is ongoing.
